based on Subsidiaries market cap already worth more RM1.20.. reasonable offer price should be above RM1.2

this time LTAT will up his offer price for privatisation plan or selective capital reduction. TP RM1.20

however, at this price without knowing any privatisation news. still consider deeply undervalue as calculated from his holding on all listed companies Like Affin, Bplantation, BP, Pharmaniaga, BHIC. etc already worth more than Rm 1.20 in term of market value of subsidiary market Cap.
