KUALA LUMPUR: Jutasama Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wah Seong Corp Bhd, has acquired PMT Energy (Labuan) Ltd for US$1,000 (RM3,320) from Hong Ching Kiang.
The PMT Energy acquisition is for its overseas business expansion for the biomass power plant project, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
