it depends on their cost...if their cost is very low, then RM0.40, RM0.30 or RM0.20 are still good deals to them...

The owners of the company could be just more than happy to sell as long as it's higher than their cost....and their cost could be very much lower than the current market price...

It will be safer if you know how much is the value of this share before you buy it...Still, I couldn't figure out the value of this share....

For example, Digistar in year 2011, posted good profit, good cash flow, transferred to Mainboard etc... suddenly thing turned sour, posted lousy results, cash was being used to do some non core business then follow by a cash call...

Some Ace counters too...even show good profit and balance sheet now....but sustainability is a big ????

one peculiar example is pacmas,the realised amt paid to the shareholder after the winding up was ard 0.05.anyway pacmas closed at 0.18 at the last day of trading last year.very funny

how much it will trade depends on the big players.i am saying if u hold the shares after the suspension n delisiting,u will entitle to less than 0.03 after the winding up.so,sell to the market as long as they r willing to pay u higher than that

read the latest annoucement fm bursa.u could b receiving less than 0.03 if u hold the shares after the winding up..sell tmr to save yrself
