1) Why oil price will increase tmr?

The oil inventory in US has been dropping (due to low oil price) from 19m to - 700k last week. Tomorrow there'll be an announcement of the inventory. It should follow the dropping trend in the past few weeks as US producers will definitely not be producing at the current price of 3x/barrel. Also, their restrictions have eased a lot since their lockdown. We expect inventory to drop further with no further supply increment coming into the market

2) Why Serba's QR will not be bad?
One obvious reason: The BOSS SAYS SO.

EVEN the boss came out and say 15-20%. For a company with such good track record, they won't anyhow announce the numbers. With covid 19, 15-20% is massive! If covid-19 and low oil price environments proved to be irrelevant in this QR's profit, and if as the boss said, tomorrow's QR is 15-25% increment QoQ, price should go back to original share price RM 2.50 and up 15% =. RM 2.80. Then all your Warrants will multiply.

No doubt today we saw a massive sell down from 1.92 to 1.74. If you look closely at the trades, the people who were selling are actually retailers. I don't see massive millions in transactions but more like 10k units - 200k units range. Therefore, this correction is inevitable for tomorrow's big double gain. Good luck to all.

Integrated engineering solutions provider Serba Dinamik Holdings expects its revenue and earnings to grow between 10% and 15% this year, despite the Covid-19 crisis.

Its group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah said this is in line with the group's forecast following the government's decision to ease restrictions under the Movement Control Order (MCO) earlier this month.

"Our projection was that if the MCO was lifted by the first week of May, we could achieve a 10%-15% growth in topline and bottomline for this year," he said in a virtual media briefing today on the group's recently completed RM457 million private placement exercise.

Well.. when pos malaysia urges public to be patient, you know that they are maxed out at existing capacity of 500k units a day. Is there a clearer picture of their demand than that? Expect their revenue from courier to increase at least 60% next quarter!

Just FYI a more accurate understanding of current demand: Poslaju's sendparcel website traffic has increased 400% from 230k in Jan 2020 to 980k in April 2020. This in comparison with Gdex's 440k in Jan to 685k in April 2020, is a big contrast and change in market share. Do stay with POS as we gear up and crash through KWAP's Gate next Monday!

I agree with Jay, Gloves dont scale well with MCO. Hospitals have been running during MCO. But for Masks and other PPEs, yes because people will need more of them when moving around (eg. shopping). Even for gloves - it will be polyethylene cost-effective disposable type, not the clinical types.
