To be frank, bonus issue is only increasing the shares in your hand, no changes in total value. Warrant is the way of company to borrow the money from you to expand its business. You can choose to sell or convert it to "mother share" before its expiry date,

However if company grows well, the stock price will increase. For instance,
-- On 13th Aug'14, ---
You have 14,500 shares of JAG at 0.29. Total price = RM 4,205

-- After one year, 13th Aug'15 ---
Company grows well and share price increases to 0.42 again.
Your earn = (0.42 - 0.29)*14,500 = RM 1,885.

Kaihong, correction of calculation for your case, 100 lots: (1 lot = 100 shares)
= (10,000*0.42 - 5,000*0.005) / 14,500
= 0.2913793
= 0.290

You will have 145 lots JAG at price RM 0.29 and 50 lots JAG-WA at price RM 0.005.
However 45 lots of JAG's bonus and 50 lots of JAG-WA will be only credited to your account on 13th Aug'14.

0.10 is PAR value, no relation with bonus issue.

Share price will be definitely adjusted after bonus issue.
Bonus 9:20 = if you hold 100 lots, after bonus issue will become 145 lots
Warrant 10:20 = you will get 50 lots of free warrant

If the closing on this Friday is 0.42, the adjusted price after entitlement on 11/8 will be
= (100,000*0.42 - 5,000*0.005) / 145,000
= 0.290

Warrant price is 0.005, not 0.10.

My observation:
[12:06PM] The volume is only up to 37,000 lot, which considers an inactive volume after selling pressure on 5/8 and 6/8. Strong support at 0.42. If break to 0.415 with volume <100k lots, just wait for coming show. Big shark is playing the trick. ^^

Hi Hui Chan Why: After entitlement of bonus issue, the stock price will be revised whilst your total share will increase. If you own 81 lots, your will have total lots 117.45 (81*1.45), which mean odd lot = 0.45. You can't sell this odd lot unless through your remiser. That's the reason we always sell or buy extra lot to avoid odd lot. For your case to avoid odd lot, you can choose to:
(a) Sell 1 lot = 80 lot (80*1.45 = 116 lots after bonus issue)
(b) buy extra 19 lot = 100 lot (100*1.45 = 145 lots after bonus issue)

Please bear in mind that stock price will decline for a certain period after bonus issue. If you are long term investor, it shouldn't be an issue.

If you do not wish to see the adjustment after bonus issue, you can choose to sell all 67 lots before this Friday. If you sell at 0.425, you profit is RM 298.

Albert05: if you wish to get the bonus issue, you have two choice to avoid the odd lots:
(a) Sell 7 lots, left 60 lots, after bonus issue will be 60*1.45 = 87 lots
(b) Buy extra 13 lots, becomes 80 lots, after bonus issue will be 80*1.45 = 116 lots.
