i think more than 20B,as JV of mmc and gamuda already took 15.47B,sunway construction took1.2B,azrb took 1.44,and today announced 4.2B, total 22.31B(havent include projects took by other companies like TRC and so on)

i stay here for further announcement.

在2015年，爆出1马公司(1MDB)以及26亿政治献金，导致外资大量抛空马股，马币“飞流直下三千尺”，从1USD兑换3.3MYR跌到4.45MYR,马股也从去年的高点1850++点一度跌到1500++点，一瞬间风声鹤唳，人人自危。而且外围因素例如希腊差点破产，美联储酝酿升息也导致马股走势节节败退，惨不忍睹。

而美金股就从中得益，打着“美金效应”的旗号来吸引投资者，许多美金股逐一爆发，屡屡创新高，比如VS(6963),FLBHD(5197),HARTA(5168),TOPGLOVE(7113),HEVEA(5095)等等。

而今年，2016年，挑战更大，1)中国A股开市第一天，就触碰第一次实行的熔断机制，先破跌5%，停市15分钟，后跌总共7%，直接停市至到收市。不但如此，过多两天，中国A股在短短半小时再度暴跌7%，只需半小时就停市至到收市。2)韩国，朝鲜两国战争蠢蠢欲动，一触即发。3)1MDB在有资金的情况下选择违约，坚持要担保人IPIC交付利息(在1MDB违约后，IPIC已付清利息)，但是事情还没了结，因为下星期1MDB就要交付另一批的利息，到时会不会再度违约呢?4)美联储在去年首次升息后，表明今年会逐渐升息，这会加剧外资离场。

去年2015是美金效应，那今年2016是什么效应呢?随着MRT2,LRT3,PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY, SUKE,DASH等建筑工程的颁发，今年2016无疑是建筑年!但建筑股例如MITRAJAYA(9571),GADANG(9261),GAMUDA(5398),,SUNCON(5263)等等，这些建筑股目前都没有任何显著的表现，而KIMLUN(5171),TRC(5054)则是少数股价明显上升的建筑股，但目前2016年才过了5个月，谈论股价表现似乎有点言之过早。

2016年究竟会不会比2015年更多挑战?笔者KW认为“是的，2016年有更大的挑战性，但无论什么情况下，始终会有某些股票会脱颖而出，而我深信建筑股将会是2016年的明星股!”
