u hv 480,000 share u will get 480,000/2*3 = 720,000 right issue with free warrant 360,000. Pls prepare rm 360,000 (720,000@0.50)for the right if u plan to take up.
That will be share premium (reverse) rm 37,500,000 for the cap reduction, pls attend the AGM & ask about this reserve ac, ask the management to refund to the existing shareholder for this cap reduction in future.
