The best possible movie script that played in my mind is:
1) Up coming Q report not as encouraging.
2) Not wrong to throw "bonus issue = warrant"
3) Ngu is resigning thus try sold his shares as high price as possible. (Perhaps anyone familiar from Bursa Ruling can have more input on this). If i'm CEO of company, i will try not to further worsen the situation by announcing Ngu is leaving.
4) The rest of the substantial share holders are actually holding cheaper mother share..So, no point they dump..

Hi Hilmi, i didnt say this company con people nor i say they didnt con people...I stress a lot that wait for company announcement and Q report...If seriously insider trading, dont think anything can be done on Ngu..like i speculate, so long as his intention is to resign from the company, his disposal made every sense from business perspective. He is not the first one that dispose lot of shares..Chia also....And also i stress a lot, pay attention on Anne Kung's movement..Dont think she is stupid to let go her mother shares during this critical moment..

The world is very fair...it all started in i3 rumors...then it ended with i3 rumors..panic create panic...panic create more panics...then lead to cut loss...imagine if no i3...i guess many are still happily eating somewhere..and the share price is still holding at 0.33 i guess...When we point one finger to one reason, 4 fingers are pointing backward..Sorry...i'm not working for instacom ya...just merely point out some weakness when invest in share markets

lloydlim, long term investor should not worry too much about short term price movement. However, as i been emphasizing a lot...let wait for company announcement and Q report prior to further buying..Company financial performance is one thing... Owner's integrity is another thing. Whatever posted in i3 by fellow members remain "rumour" or "speculation" or "guess".. If the Q report out is good, then not an issue. If poor, then directors owe public an explanation.

Hopefully...Think it will ding dong for a while ...just hope upcoming Q report at least see some minor profit or improve earning ability...

1) Steve, whenever the panic sell start...is better to run away from i3 to avoid impulsive move..That's why now only start reading the forum again...Still holding mine...but paper loss 27k already my portfolio. Not yet touching my 20% and looking at the public doubt plus pending Q results...will make purchase only after Q report. As i mentioned earlier, If poor Q report out, 30% - 50% drop is always possible...no hurry to average now...Falling Knife, u will know when it hit the ground..no point catching the falling knife and get yourself cut.
2) If i read the report correctly, RHB report is based on FORWARD EARNING EXPECTATION of 2014 & 2015..Hence, is always possible this quarter is not encouraging.. (if really so, then our Mr Ngu & Anne seriously will be in big trouble i guess..Logically, they are not stupid...so let wait for the "big surprise")
3) Do not blame RHB, as they are projecting "FUTURE", certainly not last quarter. No doubt, they are somewhat not professional as they try to link their future earning projection study to director's disposal...and give a neutral grade..I think the analyst will be in big trouble too...he he..
4) Pay attention closely to company announcement ba...rather then simply jumping into impulsive move..
5) For those got married with this counter like me...it is always right to divorce him/her if the results turning bad and bad from quarter to quarter..Only until last minute, you will know if this is a sour marriage or sweet one...

After all, you only hv 2 choices as mentioned above..

Ahpan, according to real sifu Cold Eye, ( if i remember correctly), the only way to tell if the short term floor is hit is by judging the price remain stagnant for sometime (those that need to sell, have sold..those that willing to wait, is holding theirs)

For those like to average, perhaps hold first and wait till the knife hit the ground first...I will see it hit on the floor when the knife ding dong ding dong for few days or a week. Happy investing

With all the "POSSIBILITIES" heavily debated in i3 prior to your post..you are merely just repeating the doubt that many have think off...one sided comment sure put you as bull eye and you sure kena whack..

If we are big timers, we dont spent time in i3..When are small investors, perhaps we need to have basic ability to filter the things being posted in i3..therefore, it is important to look at company announcement from time to time...rather than listen too much of speculation / guess and make ADVANCE CONCLUSION...this ADVANCE CONCLUSION will tends to kill you with reason and no reason...that why i loss big during 2002...half of my wealth...

Many could have regret to death when they sold their shares in 1997 & 2007...

Perhaps this is the reason why nowadays more and more people bankrupt...back in old time at grand parent level hardly hear of such thing call bankrupt..they buy assets to invest but nowadays, people buy assets but treated it as commodities to trade..

This is the interesting part of the share market..When director openly (instead of quietly) disposed their holding (either warrant or mother shares) through open market, plenty of speculation or guess raised among small investors like us. Then some "speculation or guess", after heavily debated in the i3, somehow been assumed truth. Then blame, question, accusation started to come in. Followed up by despair, regret, hate, loss of hope, panic among small investors. Eventually it ended up with "CUT LOSS".

Back in old time when no such thing call i3, similar disposal were happened to many blue chips counters too. Some info-sensitive investors could have done as per what is going on today...but majority "passive" investors could have just "steadily" holding to their shares and did nothing.. You may call these people silly, because of not selling their shares..but many of them still gain profit after holding long term.

The simple conclusion is: At the first place, we are not the worm in their stomach, we dont really know what is going on...so why should we panic in the first place? They didnt state the reason why they dispose the holding, is the mass majority of small investors like us trying to "guess" and eventually lead to "blame" and "cut loss"...

Worst is when one group of people beautify the counters, people rush in at whatever cost..then another group of people demonize it, then many people rush out at whatever loss..

Every time the same movie script running and running...if you do not have a strong stand, suggest you stay away from i3 for 1 week or 1 month, then you will probably see the different thing.

Once again, not trying to talk big, just like to share the same movie script that i have seen too many times. Sorry if have hurt your feeling ya...no offence

In the letter, the former auditor is no longer comply with the SC status..So Mr Ngu has referred in another Auditor.

If the Q result out is flat or with no surprise element plus the tapering starts before Christmas, it is always possible that the current share price to further correct for another 30% - 50%..For long term investors, this have no issue. But for short term investors, you seriously need to think through if you are ready to accept the blow..Posting this comment is not meant to scare any one but short term investors mentally need to be prepared

Since Anne has disposed off all her warrant, need to monitor closely if she will start disposing her mother shares.
