Steve, although there is no intrinsic value for this warrant, i still prefer to buy warrants simply because i regard Instacom as growth stock and time value of 0.17 should be easily to break. The warrant expiry is 2018, more than enough time for instacom to hit RM 1 and warrant 0.70. I used to diversify a lot by buying lot of different counters and has been monthly trader. But now i think FOCUSING on growth counter will make tonnes of money..of course, warrant have higher advantage when the intrinsic value grow in the warrant..it get deeper and deeper in-the-money eventually

Ngu's action has become a routine already. I 'm more concern of Anne Kung's movement. If she dispose mother shares during closed period, that may indicate something negative..If you read my earlier posts, i dont think is possible. Plus, closed period will be very sensitive, unless they want to be send to jail/fined

Personally, i dont think price will drop back to 0.30 or below. If so, Ngu may immediately become non-substantial share holders. If he really leaving, guess somebody will take over.

during closed period, any disposal can be very sensitive. SC will pay attention.

juinming, check for the date for bonus issue date in the form of "warrant". Share price was adjusted accordingly. A bonus issue - company use shareholders money to buy more share. In this case, use shareholder's money to buy the warrant. You may see this warrant as "free" but in fact it is not. Therefore, disposal of warrant at listing price = recover your money; disposal of warrant price at current price level = it brings it profit to Ms Anne..I agreed with # Mililia, nothing serious about..As for how the disposal can be linked to current price drop, i personally dont see any link on both event. I agreed with #dont play play..there is no significant linkage at all..

I always believe that once you "think" this counter is real potential in short, mid or long term, every price pull back is an opportunity to accumulate. Certainly not opportunity to buy sell...even warren buffett cant time the market, i guess we should respect his genius instinct and 60 years of experience ba..

Thanks Bro, i practice another strategy, holding warrant from 0.10 till now....i make sure i minimize my friction cost from brokerage fee + i make sure every sen up add to my profit. Profit looks up and down in short term, but i will make sure i enjoy every sen of profit in long term, be it 0.20, 0.30 .... One more important point, i make sure i will gain enough cushion when i have pretty thick profit in my portfolio, any bad market sentiment or sell rush will not eat into my cost because i have thick profit to cushion. Imaging if mother go to 0.50, warrant 0.30 ...and just happened you "in again" at wrong price, the rush selling due to external factors will surely eat into a big portion of your cost aka earlier profit. Again, no right or wrong, just different investment strategy. Happy investing...

1) juiming0304, perhaps treat the budget effect as "future contributor" for instacom"s earning if they really got the project..after all, doing business very much depend on 天时，地利， 人和。。。instacom may have geographical advantage, but nobody know what will happen in between. eg. RA or OCK open office next to them.. after all is still "far" from materializing since it is still a "budget" talk

2) Bro & sis,..perhaps i'm more interested to know the latest development of LTE + 4G which will be the main contributor factor to Instacom....if the upcoming Q report within expectation..be prepared to get married with this counter :-)

3) While Mr Ngu disposed his warrant, the warrant price from 0.11 shoot to 0.19...So what if he is disposing? after all, share price driven by result. If result good, mother fly, daughter will follow. Unless Taigo USA say want stop print money, then different story.

4) Logic thinking, after heavy spot light talk and heavily "marketed" in magazine and newspaper by Ms Anne and the team themselves, the chances of they ruin their own company is ZERO, (unless they want to risk their reputation and career in corporate world)..With very little business and logical sense also we can try our best to conclude that directors disposing warrant should not be due to the share price going collapse / dispose because of director themselves want to run for life". The negative interpretation of their action MAY NOT BE SO LOGIC".

5) Perhaps we need more time and need to revisit the materials which will help us make more comprehensive decision..After all, whether people ask to buy or ask to sell, you never know their ultimate motives. Agree?
