why their website latest quarter result only got first quarter? where to get latest one

guys whats the deal with Johan, I saw people commenting about Johan in Chin Hin page as well?

@WAKAKAKAKA if you look at their revenue, logistic & warehousing still their core business (>70%), my guess is that lower PBT for L&W is due to warehouse expansion, new venture business( Cross border truck & last mile "instant"). I believe a closer follow up is needed for the profitability of those new businesses, there is certainly some risks such as strong competitions and recent rising trend in diesel prices, with diesel price in China, Vietnam, Mymmar already higher than Malaysia. (still too early to judge).
Another highlight is development of DFTZ might bring some opportunity for them.

Barring any unforeseen challenges, RM4 will be seems like a fair price in the future ;)

strong order book, strong cash position (Able to bid for mega projects ECRL,HSR etc.), demands for automated water meter soon(Selangor, Penang,Johor), fair dividend policy, High ROE compared to peers, good record track for previous infra projects, currently slightly high P/E but earnings might increase in coming years if able to secure projects. Nevertheless, current order books can sustain 2-3 years to come.
