How do you know what went on during the analyst briefings since you are obviously not invited or did you just made an assumption because they wrote things you didn't like? Give it a rest, your biases are showing.

You might as well write to other IBs like Maybank IB, Kenanga and Hong Leong IB. Maybank mentioned that "Capital A will soon escape PN17" while Kenanga mentioned "It is on track to announce PN17 regularisation plan by Oct 2023", Hong Leong even increased their Target price from RM1.15 to RM1.45. If the analysts are more or less parroting the same thing, perhaps they have already been given snippets of the regularisation plan during the recent analyst briefing, hence why their outlook are still somewhat positive.

Any chance we can vote Liew out in the next AGM? Feels kind of difficult given the number of shares he holds. The current share price doesn't justify him to be there at all, in fact I'd argue Liew is not acting in the best interest of the shareholders.

1) Resignation/Change in auditors on a yearly basis
2) Frequent rights issue despite record sales
3) Similar board member composition

Coincidence? Please do yourselves a favour by recognising these crooks, if they ever appear in a company you want to invest in, AVOID. If they appear in a company you are investing in, SELL immediately. These 3 companies they have a hand in gives you more than enough insight to how things will possibly turnout.

Sounds like you have just admitted that they lack transparency and you don't really know what they have to offer as well. Maybe you can try contacting them, I contacted them more than a year ago and I have not received any response from them. Sometimes I do wonder if any of their employees are even managing their website.

Instead of mocking him, why not just show him once and for all so that you guys can prove that you are correct. Otherwise you guys would just prove him to be correct. Not to mention, it would potentially be helpful to others that want to know.

Small cap companies like ARB Berhad are generally less affected by global markets as compared to large cap companies (e.g those in the FBM KLCI) simply because majority of small cap companies have their operations operated locally in Malaysia.

For ARB Berhad, where got involve internationally, almost everything from business operations to even their auditor and most of their investors are local lol, even their Singapore business venture all talk only and no updates. The only thing that is remotely international is their hopes to be listed in NASDAQ lol.

The reason it is down is due to a lack of confidence. Ask yourself why people are not rushing to buy this counter even with such a low P/E.

I honestly don't get their points, are they advocating for less transparency? Their website hasn't been updated for ages also tidak apa for them, some more argue and say easily find out and that I am ignorant. Please don't make me laugh, their NASDAQ listing is getting closer and closer and the company haven't sort basic shit like this.
