I have been an auditor for a small audit firm and a big 4, lets just say that there is a vast difference in the work done.

This is a very very transparent company, they have totally nothing to hide! Quite the opposite of Serba Dinamik! Them downgrading to a shoplot auditor is totally logical and in line with their plans!

Its been awhile since I have seen the forum this quiet, is the Nasdaq dream still alive lol

Maybe you can try contacting them, I contacted them more than a year ago and I have not received any response from them. Sometimes I do wonder if any of their employees are even managing their website.

Instead of mocking him, why not just show him once and for all so that you guys can prove that you are correct. Otherwise you guys would just prove him to be correct. Not to mention, it would potentially be helpful to others that want to know.

Small cap companies like ARB Berhad are generally less affected by global markets as compared to large cap companies (e.g those in the FBM KLCI) simply because majority of small cap companies have their operations operated locally in Malaysia.

For ARB Berhad, where got involve internationally, almost everything from business operations to even their auditor and most of their investors are local lol, even their Singapore business venture all talk only and no updates. The only thing that is remotely international is their hopes to be listed in NASDAQ lol.

The reason it is down is due to a lack of confidence. Ask yourself why people are not rushing to buy this counter even with such a low P/E.

I think auditors will know that in general the audit workdone and the working papers(literally paper and not even excel) in the smaller less well known firms are lacking a lot compared to even the mid-tiers or firms like Deloitte, that's why I have doubts.

Long story short, small firms in general are far less stringent in their audit workdone and testing.

I don't trust their numbers and I am sure many don't hence why the share price is still like that.

Ask yourself why Deloitte -> BDO -> SBY Partners -> Cheng & Co all within about a year, I have never seen a company like that in Bursa

Just take a look at Bursa Announcement history for AGES and ARBB, this guy is obsessed with rights issue and be very careful guys, Larry pulled off a rights issue and then a share consolidation for AGES, he might very well do it for ARBB. That's why I keep saying this Larry guy is shady and I trust him less and less the more I dig about him.
