Information technology services provider PUC Founder (MSC) Bhd has signed an agreement to collaborate with China-based Xinze Media Group to launch a mobile application (app) known as “Shopp Info” in the next few months.
PUC Founder would monetise the platform by customising the listing features to meet the needs of the merchants who used it, he said, adding that its addressable market included all the 150 malls in the Klang Valley.

It intends to roll out four different residential products later this year. Villas on one-acre parcels priced at $5 million; 1/2 acre at $3 million; std bungalows 6,000 sf at $1.73 million; semi-detached houses 4,000 sf at $1.1 million; cluster homes 3,200 sf at $960,000. Also, 10 parcels of land for sale by tender with sizes ranging 12,000 ft to one acre launch end of June. JTResi known for marketing property to foreigners and expatriates, appointed sole marketing agent for Lesiure Farm in Singapore and Jakarta.

Pelangi: Buys RM15.5m land and building Johor asset. Pelangi Publishing Group has proposed to buy a leasehold 3.09ha with buildings in Plentong, Johor for RM15.5m cash from Perniagaan Usahasama Membalak SB (PUMSB). The buildings include two single-storey factories, a double-storey office block, a single-storey warehouse, two production factories and other ancillary buildings. The company said the sale and purchase agreement entailed a condition in which PUMSB’s subsidiary was to rent the property from Pelangi for three years upon completion of the deal and automatically renewed every subsequent three years up to nine years.
