I do not dare to touch Property IPO .... now is a bad time for properties sector as Malaysia Budget and Plan last month prove a huge disadvantages for this sector.
It might up but I will not apply for this as the risk is much higher compare to others.

IF i wanna buy for properties, I would prefer the current Listed Property at discount price (eg. UEMS, IJMLAND, FOCAL etc) with their Johor Projects Iskandar on hand ......

I have bad IPO too...like kapuuttt Airasia X...... kaputtt till today.... xD

@Amit, Last week , Country budget very negative towards Properties Sector.
Give it some time as investor no pumping into this sector these few weeks....
Once the water calm, people start coming back into properties.....
Not to forget, UEMS Project only started few % and yet to finish.

@lloydlim, HIBISCS waited 1.5 years plus to get QA,
CLIQ, 7 months passed and still pending QA, probably somewhere in 2014.
SONA just 3 months, give the baby some time...... =)

But i doubt the price will go that low...... panic selling only occur during latest budget announcement,
i believe, once things stable, everything ll come back on track.....
