KUALA LUMPUR: Hwang DBS Vickers Research (HDBSVR) expects Sona Petroleum, Ireka Corp and Handal to see trading interest on Friday.

It said Sona Petroleum was reported to be looking to buy a stake in Singapore-listed RH Petrogas in addition to acquiring some of the latter’s offshore oil & gas blocks.

In line with Datuk Seri Hadian's guidance during the IPO launch, SONA would be keen to first buy up some producing assets which have steady cash flow to fund future acquisition of development and exploration blocks - which thus makes RH Petrogas 's assets do look appealing to SONA.

Not surprisingly, RH Petrogas would want to rope in a strategic partner given that sizeable capital would be required for the on going development for the Fuyu-1 block as well as continuous development and exploration drilling for the two matured basins i.e. Basin and Island PSC. With the projected capex of around US$30m to US$40m on the horizon, RH Petrogas would likely be doing few more cash call to fund the above developments, in our view.

Both SPAC listed this year, both have their own advantages.

CLIQ - Better Equipment, Good management, Stable
Sona - A-Class Management, Higher Budget (550m) , More Local (Haidan)

I have all SPAC in my list, HIBISCS, SONA, CLIQ...
Cant say which 2 is better, because you never know who will get QA First....
I hope both get =D , join my ATM Machine HIBISCS :D

Sona-wa - 0.235 to 0.25 would be a good entry
Cliq-wa - 0.305 to 0.335 nice....
Anything above should trade with care.

But if one of this, get QA anytime.... expect 50-80% up in short time(3weeks - 1 month).

ON FRIDAY ( T+0) Which very likely you will see 80% Oil and Gas Counter shoooot up like nobody Business,
Example, HIBISCS + 30% , SoNa Cliq , and other main O&G... Yummy profit for all....

As soon as reach T+3 T+4, these counter will become Panic Selling mode......
(Best to go in after they Chaoooo during Evening )
