Well, about 1/3 of shares is owned by one director through SAR ventures. Not sure if that is the Syndicate controlling the price (spike in July), but I think they support the price to guarantee plan to issue right shares and warrants is viable.

Well, demand was low too in previous quarter before latest positive quarter results were out. So, can’t conclude that it’s because insiders know something about earnings that’s why demand low. Must be something else……

Or shares consolidate at 20:1 and followed by one of the biggest RI of 15 Billion shares at 50c a piece. Creditors/Bankers enticed to accept 30-50% haircut, sweeten with a little debt papers...... current shareholder have this Renounceable RI shoved down their throats!!

Uncles, Aunties, why would consolidation be good leh, price can go down some more…after seeing recent penny stocks consolidation….hope can give guidance….

Oil price has no impacts to Alam. Their businesses are based getting projects from Offshore support vessels and services, and Subsea services. Unless the oil prices drive up the demand for Alam services, canlah. But i am sure their competitors are also eyeing same projects
