Valuation is by PE, TRC is much lower than Gkent. Orderbook to market capital ratio, TRC is higher than Gkent.

2.3 bil figure is excluding Pan Borneo Sabah contract and Ara Damansara Housing Development (300 mil).

Orderbook to Market Capital Ratio: Gkent= 6 bil/1.56bil=3.84 TRC=2.3bil/0.399 bil=5.76
In other words, Gkent need to catch up TRC.
