Bintai has the right to produce vaccine under Generex license and has the right to distribute to Malaysia and other countries. So what do you expect government to do? Buy imported product or use locally produce vaccine?

This is small cap stock and with good business, it should be able to fly easily. problem being small is the volume is small, so if you buy big and want to play contra, you would have a problem to exit. Best is to buy small and keep for a week at least. see the pattern. It hit 37-38 last time, so there is a potential to go there again.

vaccine approval is under WHO...once approved, MOH will follow... So far government has never purchased any vaccine directly, most of them through Pharmaniaga, UMNO crony. This time, other companies have already signed exclusive agreement with the vaccine manufacturers. Not sure what roles Pharmaniaga will play.
