This is small cap stock and with good business, it should be able to fly easily. problem being small is the volume is small, so if you buy big and want to play contra, you would have a problem to exit. Best is to buy small and keep for a week at least. see the pattern. It hit 37-38 last time, so there is a potential to go there again.

vaccine approval is under WHO...once approved, MOH will follow... So far government has never purchased any vaccine directly, most of them through Pharmaniaga, UMNO crony. This time, other companies have already signed exclusive agreement with the vaccine manufacturers. Not sure what roles Pharmaniaga will play. Bottling? perhaps not because the vaccine probably arrived bottled already.

What VC can do to reduce the free float is to consider buying back at least 10% of the shares which can either be kept as treasury shares or cancelled. VC has the money for that so why not do it?
