when the share is cheap (but no interest), people will shun it, and will panic buy when it is moving upwards. the stock's nta is worth hell off a lot if you were to asess its landbanks.( the pipe business aside) have to keep, it is an investment counter

aiyo so many good counters to invest, why pick this bankrupt one. once a counter is fried up to ridiculous height (with no good fundamentals) and subsequently fell like a rock, one should avoid it like plague. no point secound guessing on technical rebounds.

ksl-wa is a steal now, almost in the money (0.2% premium) hence it will rise in tandem with the mother share now. if the company declare div. in specie ie giving out treasury share, we can convert and enjoy the same benefit. nothing suspicious with the pricing....
