The total share capital of the company will be reduced (because of to offset the acumulated losses) and the total share capital owned by share holder after consolidation will be reduced also. Its not good.

Simple, just look at Vivocom.

If the company consolidate their share without doing capital reduction exercises (parts of their capital reduced),the exercises will give more goods than bad for the small share holders.

This company in the long run will consolidate their shares. When, I don't know.

@justin1njb. Financially this company is stable. Also has a viable projects/businesses.

For example before I buy a small quantity of the shares for the first time after the last share spike, I looked at their balance sheet and studied some information about it. After I bought it, the share price keep falling, therefore I studied more to find the reason why that happens.

My conclusion is, two main reasons why that happen is because of the management objectives about the state of their company share price and because of a series of ESOS and PP. The ESOS and PP exercises keep continuing for so many years.

Conclusion: I have many reasons to DREAM that Nexgram has many capabilities to be involve in Covid-19 VACCINE businesses because of their readiness with:
1. Tracvirus (involving covid-19 testing and also can be used in tracking online about individual covid-19 vaccination information),
2. Their subsidiary also involve in vaccine activities,
3. Their subsidiary's ability to produce and supply vaccine bottles
4. Their close contact with MOH

Yang paling dekat dan berkemungkinan ialah melalui hubungan Nexgram dengan Fosun Malaysia dan Shanghai Fosun yang berkoloborasi dengan BioNTech/Pfeizer untuk mengeluarkan vaksin keluaran BioNTech/Pfeizer bagi kegunaan di China.
