Why die? There is no sign of consolidation yet.

Instead, in the worst scenario if there will be a consolidation of the shares, it's should
be okay because probably it wont be involved "a capital reduction". The financial condition of the company is sound and its has a retained earnings of RM58,337,000 therefore no need for the company to exercise a capital reduction.

A share consolidation without a capital reduction exercises shouldn't gives negative impact to minority shareholders.

as @Will188 said, "The price of the shares will be adjusted accordingly as per the same value"

@David Coperfield. Probably, Ozura is planing to exit. It's because if its want to stay in Nexgram, its should nominate their representative in BOD . Its has their right but but nothing yet has been executed.

Shall Ozura to exit, there should be a plan of exit. But right now, maybe the market condition is not so condusive. Maybe the coy is waiting the right time.

I'm waiting for the news about:
(1) The activities involving Ozura's shares exit plan , if any.
(2) The acquisition of Arita Plastics Industries (completion deal) and how the coy financed the
deal.
(3) The progress of Gua Musang highway construction
(4) The progress of the contract relating to the sale of ppes and gloves
(5) Other announcement relating to Arita Plastic Industries business (included vaksin business)
(6) The next QR performances.

Conclusion. I'm waiting, at least for another 2 quarters.

Interest in Nexgram soared when the loss-making company, whose business is in information and communications technology, property investment and logistics, announced on April 23 its intention to venture into distributing medical ventilators.

The announcement lifted its trading volume to a high of 74.5 million shares on that day, compared with its 200-day moving average volume of 2.61 million.

Through another agreement with Indonesian firm PT Mitra Abadi Propertindo Utama, Nexgram’s unit Nexgram Biomedic Sdn Bhd will sell two million isolation gowns and 500,000 boxes of gloves to the Indonesian partner every month, from November this year to October 2021. There is also an option to extend the deal for 24 months.

Net tangible assets are calculated as the total assets of a company, minus any intangible assets such as goodwill, patents, and trademarks, less all liabilities and the par value of preferred stock.

NTA = Total tangible aset - Total liabilities (included preferred stocks is a liability to the company)

We can look the NTA data from their Financial reporting especially in the balance sheet.

Yes, they will cover the creditors/loan and preference share holders first. If there is any balance, its will be allocated (maybe partly) to their ordinary share holders.

But wisely, look at Bornoil's balance sheet, their financial condition looks good. Their cash to debt ratio is healthy. No big loan. Without loan which cannot cover by the company, there should be no bankruptcy. Bankruptcy only normally initiated by the creditors because of the company's inability to serve the loan.

I got cheated by one of counter before , with a good balance sheet, but its declared bankrupt and its director got fined in court.

Conclusion: If there is no makeup done to their balance sheet and with records of profits earned every quarter and reasonable NTA, we should not worry about its bankruptcy's probability.

At least NTA is one of the information that shows the viability of the coy.

Rephrase: NTA is important to show the viability of the company.

They enriched their insiders by issuing ESOS and PP. No need to get extra income in term of dividend.

The real losers without any income (dividend) from the company were the retail investors.

For now the company is short of cash. RM600 mil used as investment properties, the biggest item in the balance sheet. The coy aggressively invested in properties. Because of the short of cash problem, the coy don't pay dividend and call for the cash by executing PP and ESOS. Idea based on my instant observations only.
