1) What is so great about this title Dato, Tan Sri or whatever?
2) Does Koon cares if he get a title like that?
3) What are the contributions to society that Koon deserves whatever recognition you are talking about?
4) Why you bother about this title when you throw a stone in the crowd in KL, one of the Datos will get hit?

why do u admire Mr Koon?
Did u make money using his advice?
What is so special about him?
Who is Mr Koon? I dont recognise him. Pls tell his full name.

You recognised a person contribution NOT from the money you make from him. A great men (lady) is one who cares to give back to society (or the less fortunate)without any publicity or recognition.

You dont need to know his name but you recognised his(her) deeds. this is what we call humility. there are plenty of rich people but not many are willing to give back to society.

it's take a special character to walk away from power and lives a simple life.

Thanks Jonathan keung for a very good reply. Majority will not understand what humanity and being human is all about. If money could make a human, it could break that so-called human too.

Sorry, am free to write too.

Majority don't know being a human, any statistics to support this.

This Koon is a big time liar. His advises on stocks are for his own advantages only. CP TEH, if i'm not mistaken in one of your posts, also questioned his credibility. & Dali, Koon's fan & supporter, is a bigger liar!!

Hi gijoe

sorry ... i mean, MANY not MAJORITY.

in life, i believe statistics is merely numbers. we do not need to complicate our lives with those numbers. Just my opinion.

Hi Awiss

I did not say he is a liar etc etc. We all read newspapers, blogs etc etc and we should be making our own decisions to believe or not? I do remember XinQuan which he mentioned it to be under-valued. He certainly know better than me, definitely. But XQ was at 90cents back then, and well today, it is 70cents. I have cut-loss too, but I do feel it was my own decisions, fully my responsibilies for buying into any stocks. Personally, I still respect him highly. We all have our own views, perhaps.

As for Dali, he is a financial-blogger ... again, certainly know much more than me. I am not a financial-blogger. I am teacher. I dont know if anyone should point to anyone at all as a liar, as we should be cautious with what written in media. It is up to our own judgements, right?
