just my view, some may have diff views. it is norm ppl will fight, there're pros and cons, and this is how we improved. Let nature take the course. reputation and ethics are something that cannot be promoted, they are something earned over time base on some form of trust.

something i learned from my paymaster, whenever there's more than 1 person living in a group, there is politics, typically in an organization or society or even a virtual society. in certain company, we like to say you poke my back, I poke ur back. human live in group to stay strong, we have diff groups, normally one will join the group with the same views or interest. there is nothing wrong !! But, if you join the wrong group having diff interest then ...... Think.. like buy the wrong counter.. hahaha

entahlah, bagi aku ,cara paling baik untuk menangani kritikan, minta maaf dulu tak kira betul ke salah, paling utama, patahkan api membara orang yang mengkritik dulu

api membara itu la dalangnya, dah la api membara, curahkan minyak tanah, mestilah meletup. mana ada kemungkinannya untuk dapatkan perbincangan yang membina semasa orang dalam panas baran? buka mulut mestilah semua ayat-ayat sumpah

bila api dah reda, bagi peluang yang mengkritik bagi sebab-sebabnya, yang munasabah ucapkan terima kasih kerana berkongsi pengalaman, yang tak munasabah & tak dapat bersetuju - usah lah kritik balik, sebaliknya ucapkan terima kasih juga - entah entah pengkritik ada sebab yang tersendiri, tak usah bakarkan jambatan. mana tau terlepas peluang untuk belajar dari pengkritik kini pada masa depan

nak minta maaf bukannya susah, yang penting, lepaskan ego. mungkin senang aku kata ini sebab aku masih lagi baru
