Housing is the basic necessity for everybody and should be made affordable. the Penang government is making a brave move to implement the new these new rulings. Congratulation. For those investors who want to make fast bucks should look into other means of investment instruments and not to burden those who need a basic place to stay.

the move by Penang Gov is indeed a people-first (rakyat didahulukan) move that will benefit all races.
