不知道 Old Town cafe chain 的 服务质量 还会象 几年前 那样 差吗 ?
Sabah 和 Sarawak 的 我 不满意。
过后, 就 不成 再去。

虽然 食物还不错。

I don't think cafe chain can improve much financially, the key will be their FMCG segment.

For personal experience, the restaurant service is so so only. Not easy to improve too.

that day i went to one of the shops, ordered soft boil egg. of course need add ketchup la. then overpoured the ketcup accidentally, then i told the manager, he straight change one new for me. very good
