Truth fact: A liar need another liar to cover his liar...and sometimes a liar forget what he lie. Why?

Calvin said he only invest 3% of his cash into so much of stock i.e bjcorp, bpuri, alam, bjcorp, mulpha, mui, mui ind, mpcorp, pmcorp, kbunai etc but now said he buy until no money in L&G but why never see your name in the Bursa report? Whats goes wrong here?

Either,

a) Calvin only bought 1 lots of each stock that he mentioned or

b) He is telling lie ...haha

SO MAJU PERAK IS UP 50% already!!

L&G also got 2,494 acres land in Kerling (psf only 44.3 sen) (15 mins from Tg Malim)

Another 167 acres in Serendah (book value 81 sen psf only)

L&G SURE TO BENEFIT KAW LAW LATER!!

Just like Calvin called for a buy on Jaks at 40 sen because of Langat 2

Normally Property Stocks should have a P/E of 10 to 15

So now price is 21 sen with P/E of 2.52

What if P/E is 10?

How much is L&G worth?

So

10/2.52 x 21 = 83.33 sen

YESSS!

L&G is worth 83.33 SEN!!! If P/E is 10

What if P/E is 15?


So 15 divides by 2.52 and multiply by 21

= Rm1.25

WAHAHA! Will L&G share price go up to Rm1.25?

Like Jaks gone up from 40 sen to Rm1.60?

That is still in the future!

2017 1st Q and 2nd Q revenue total at 13.7 millions against 2016 1st and 2nd Q of 223 millions which is 1628 % backlog of sale. A good manager will not allow this to happen

FY2017 end in Mar/2017 total 4 quarters profit only 32,413,000 (EPS only 2.93 Sen based on total share before right issue was about 1.1 Billion), don't forgot now total share are about 3 billion, EPS only about 1 Sen. I don't understand why Calvin use year 2016 EPS 8.32 Sen to calculate the PE

Calvin has calculated exactly as reported

P/E is 2.52 for latest 4 quarter reports.

And income from Daimond City progressive billings and loan release from banks should boost its coffers.

So P/E is not fixed. It can go up or down.

But look ahead.

Its prospects are brightening with the incoming of GEELY into Tg Malim

So the future of L&G now look rosy.

Calvin will pick up L&G scripts at 21.5 sen and 22 sen soon.
Happy that price has reached back my cost of 22 sen at today closing price.
