There is a fundamental change for Cpo due to whole world pivoting into clean green energy due to climate change and the use of Cpo biodisel will be a game changer

So the upcycle and downcycle of palm oil will be moderating to become sustaining

Another positive is the increase of human population and the decrease of land mass which will push up the price of palm oil

These are permanent structural shifts which are long-term favourable for palm oil

Plus the end of life repurpose for all palm oil are their prime land banks

Future of ioi rubber was ioi mall in puchong which was once a rubber estate

Jpo or Johor premium outlet was once a palm oil estate

So future of palm oil residual value in land assets are just too great to ignore
