The warrants strike price has been adjusted following bonus issue last year. Check announcements, warrants strike price is now RM0.93 and NOT RM1.40.

Why undervalur of warrant kawan RM2.69, warrant RM1.63 + conversion RMRM.93 , RM2.56. 5% different .
