From what I know, Shark were collecting a lot of share at 0.07 on 14th Aug. Same happened few weeks ago. Now they purposely press down the price to collect at 0.065. When they collected enough shares. Then goreng will start and sky is the limit.

Read the circular, says that all approvals of the proposals of the debt settlement and private placement expected to be completed by 3rd quarter, meaning can be quite soon. Private placements will be dished out in tranches within 6 months thereof.

Private placements price determined at 15 sen and different tranches in different prices, hence I believe Nice is all set to fly beyond the existing price.
