Fintech-pa not paying dividen.
The good interesting part for this PA is, the the holders

1) can exercise by way of combine 2 PA into 1 ordinary share
2) Or , add cash of 0.08 to each PA and surrender it to convert into 1 ordinary share .
AT ANYTIME U WISH !

it give rooms and more option base to their holders.

Daily8 , pa is the key for fintec board of director's safety box key.
Whenever they need financial aid they will goreng it up to let the shareholders subscribe perhap with additional cash money of 0.08 + 1pa .

The rest u can imagine it... before this happen
BOD will only let pa waiting like will never see the sun light.
Those totally impatient willing to sell it cheap back to fintec.

Thats the fade of pa.
