Payments on Apple Pay are processed through a compatible credit card payment gateway. It use same method when we hold a credit card to tap credit card machine for payment, instead, user now use iphone to tap on credit card machine.
So in theory, i assume if the machine supported by Revenue, all the transaction will verified and go through the company first.

I suppose so. The revenue machines act as intermediate between merchants and buyers. Can raise this question in their next AGM whether Apply pay need to go through their device
