Good day, I would like to understand how short selling could benefit investor, appreciated if you could share your view to enlighten me. here my questions: 1. Is my understanding correct about short selling? - investor borrow shares from broker, sell it at higher price? then buy back lower price and return to broker. 2. Why a counter could be short selling by investor in daily basis? 3. Short selling only allow for certain account or investor?
