The Board of Directors of Top Glove Corporation Bhd ("the Company") are pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting ("19th AGM") dated 13November 2017, were duly passed by way of poll at the 19th AGM held on Tuesday, 9January 2018.

Theresults werevalidated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
