I don't think its going down. Their results shows improvements and if nothing special happens then it should recover. Just got to capitalise when market overreacts to the recovery.

If I did not average down, I would not be in the green now on this counter. :)

I'm definitely hoping for the best @Pgraduate, just want to be carefully optimistic.

The industry is consolidating (closing factories) and the slimmed-down-Harta is looking real attractive with the efficiency of its new plant after cutting off the old plants.

@Pgraduate123 I'm not so sure about dividend, but I expect at a minimum a smaller operational losses from glove selling activities to sustain the current pricing at ~RM2-RM2.2. Even if the losses maintain the same, I think we will revisit the RM1.8 range.

Nevertheless, barring any unpleasant surprises, I'm doubtful if we will ever see RM1.5 again, that is the bottom of all bottoms. Unfortunately, I did not buy much more at that point.

Kossan posted even smaller gross loss than previous quarter, net loss will not matter as much if it is kitchen sinking. Investors are forward looking, the worst may have been priced in.

So funny seeing people wasting time on something they dont own/dont want to own. Only logical reason is being a shorty and it hurts when share price is green. Maybe you should stop gambling and start investing :)

Relax, diamond hands. Not everyone can time the bottom. We'll know if Harta is in better shape than the rest within the glove industry in a couple months. For now, share price still move in tandem when other industry players doing worse than expected. Grab some if you believe, ignore if you don't believe. Simple as that.

Thanks for the clarification alenac, that sounds far more reasonable. :) However, I don't really agree with that sentiment as market is often forward looking, looking into troubled industry could have its benefit if you believe in the longer term of the industry. And then next step is to pick companies which you believe can weather the storm.

Just different views and risk tolerance I guess. :)

I didnt really share any insights to be honest, just gotta make sure the mentality is correct so dont simply dump money into the bursa sea.

Even if you accidentally buy on the high side, DYOR on the prospect of the company before you decide to sell or hold. Only a few can profit from hit and run, stretch your timeline longer as it is easier to predict a general direction than specific price movement. GL.

It's crabbing time, price movements are caused by small volumes, my personal believe is that it is mainly retail trades. Don't get trapped buying high and selling low.

@bang_miskin Supermax announced their QR yesterday and it is narrowing losses too. The indicators of bottoming out is real. I guess investors are pricing ahead just like how we didnt understand why the price drop previously.
