Oh, Mr Tanduk, chart can refer but not to trust if we are investing for mid long term. But speculators, contra players, syndicates yes, they must use it to play both ways, push up and whack down, then push up, intraday, sell high buy low using tickets in hand, or buy low sell high to clear position for the day, this way, it doesn't affect their share holdings in hand (they are not substantial shareholders, so these actvs will not be announced on Bursa)

Currently this area of land after conversion to industrial zone can worth more than $300++per square footer

Urusharta's 6% still no news (those lent out when it was substantial shareholder, > 5%, how how how? If lent out via SBL, it must not mean for traders to short in the market, it may be used for other purposes - push up and up and up... averaging up, it could mean those people's shares must have already worth more than 100% vs the time they borrowed. Nice...)
Those shares are still "dunno where" it parked at. Hehe. FISHY!!!!
It may have more upside in near future.

Deputy Works Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan said the government has allocated RM180 billion in the construction sector this year, half of which is the allocation approved for the federal government development expenditure in Budget 2024 while the rest is from the private sector.
PETALING JAYA (May 9): A total allocation of RM180 billion in the construction sector for government and private sector projects will be up for grabs this year.
Deputy Works Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan said RM90 billion of that is the allocation approved for the federal government development expenditure in Budget 2024 while the rest is from the private sector.
“In the middle of this year, many tenders will be called comprising two types of tender — open tender with pre-qualification and selective tender — and there will also be many letters of acceptance to be issued. This will further boost the construction sector,” he said.
