and was appointed General Manager in 1996. In July 1999,
he was appointed Marketing Director of the Malaysian
Cement Operations, a position he held until his appointment
as Chief Executive Officer of the Groups's Cement Operations
on 1 April 2000, following the integration of the operations of Associated Pan Malaysia Cement Sdn Bhd and Kedah Cement Holdings Berhad. On 1 March 2002c he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company and assumed his current
position as President and Chief Executive Officer of the
Company.
