Mr (TA) Tay Boon Hwee was the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of CapitaLand Singapore Limited, a role he assumed on 1 May 2017. He was previously the CEO of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited ("ARTML"), a role he assumed on 27 February 2012. Prior to taking up the role as CEO of ARTML, Mr Tay was concurrently Chief Investment Officer of The Ascott Limited and Head of Business Development and Asset Management of ARTML until February 2012. 

Mr Tay has been with the CapitaLand Group for more than 15 years. Prior to joining The Ascott Limited, Mr Tay was with CapitaLand Residential Limited as Senior Vice President (Treasury and Investment).
