Mr. Chua Hee Boon is a Chartered Accountant. He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as well as Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and Affiliate of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).

Mr Chua has combined experience of more than 20 years within the audit, tax, corporate secretarial, corporate finance & advisory, tax advisory, management consultancy services and due diligence including experience with a big four audit firm, Deloitte. His industry experience includes property development, hotel, manufacturing, retails, wholesaler, investment holding, consumer & industry services, construction and event organizer for international golf event.

In 2009 until present, Mr Chua established a consultancy company to provide corporate & advisory services, accounting, corporate secretarial, tax advisory, management consultancy services.
