Mr Yap Chee Keong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, CPA Australia and the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Mr Yap Chee Keong is a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of The Straits Trading Company Limited.  He is the Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director of CityNet Infrastructure Management Pte Ltd, the trustee-manager of NetLink Trust.  He is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Olam International Limited, InterOil Corporation, MediaCorp Pte Ltd, Citibank Singapore Limited and Certis CISCO Security Pte Ltd, as well as a Non-Executive Director of ARA Asset Management Limited.  He also serves as a Board Member of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and as a Member of the Public Accountants Oversight Committee.

Mr Yap has worked in various senior management roles in multinational and listed companies.
