Mr Kenneth Shen has more than 30 years of investment experience (public, private, PIPEs, debt/equity/mezzanine and funds) as well as extensive knowledge in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. 

He served as an Executive Director, Investments at Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah) from 2011 until 2018. Prior to Khazanah, he was a Board Member and Advisor to the CEO of Qatar Holding LLC, the principal investment vehicle of the Qatar Investment Authority ("QIA"); he also oversaw the QIA's global direct investments as well as its investments in private equity, special situation and venture capital funds. Previously, he was Co-Head of the Asia-Pacific Corporate Finance Group at Citigroup Global Markets, having joined Salomon Brothers in New York in 1997. Prior to Salomon, Mr. Kenneth Shen was with Lehman Brothers in its Merchant Banking and Principal Investment businesses. 

He is also a Director of edotco Group Sdn Bhd and most recently has served on the boards of other public and private companies in Malaysia and Indonesia, including Axiata Group Berhad, PT XL Axiata Tbk and Yayasan Amir.  Mr. Kenneth Shen is formerly a director of Iskandar Malaysia Studios Sdn Bhd, the principal operator of the Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios business.
