Working Experience
He has more than 33 years experience in poultry farm management and is very knowledgeable in poultry industry. In the past, he attended various courses in financial planning, budgetary control and personnel management. Currently, he is responsible for the Group's market development strategies and programmes besides his normal duty of overseeing the treasury functions of the Group. Mr E Pian is the committee member of the Melaka Livestock Association and Federation of Livestock Farmers' Associations of Malaysia. Mr E Pian has strong rapport with the Group's supplier and hence, TPC Plus Berhad has strong and good relationship with its suppliers.
