Remarks : Payment of first interim dividend via distribution of treasury shares as share dividend on the basis of half (0.5) treasury share for every one hundred (100) existing ordinary shares held in Ranhill Utilities Berhad ("Ranhill" or "the Company") in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2024 ("Share Dividend No. 1-FY2024"). After the distribution of the Share Dividend No. 1- FY2024:- (i) the total number of treasury shares is 836,688 units of ordinary shares which comprised shares bought back by the Company and retained as treasury shares as at 13 June 2024; and (ii) the total issued share capital remain unchanged at 1,296,785,823 units of ordinary shares.
