In view of the past transactions of 6 months, I am opinion that is right time now to accumulate this stock from now on. Of course they are earning so much in the projects of Iskada. Hope they still can sustain..............

I'm just curious guys. What's the "catch" with this company? Very good balance sheet, decent financial ratios, seemingly low P/E and P/BV valuations. Decent record of dividend payments. Good profit margins.
When I look back, even in 2013/2014 during the height of their success the company didn't get much recognition in terms of stock performance. Zero institutional holders when you analyse their shareholdings. What's the deal?

sales drop due to land dispose (Kulim) last year. Bet on new project at aurora resorts and continue sold on complete property for cash flow replenish.
The company posted a 30 sen for the second interim dividend but the next day change to 3 sen.
