On 7 December 2018, the entire paid-up share capital in Pembinaan Redzai Sdn Bhd ("PRSB"), including the 30,000,000 ordinary shares held by Tan Sri Datuk Gnanalingam a/l Gunanath Lingam ("TSG") had been transferred to Gryss Limited. Notwithstanding the above, the amount and percentage of TSG's indirect interest in Westports Holdings Berhad remains unchanged whereby he is deemed interested in shares in PRSB by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016 held through his indirect interest in Gryss Limited and direct interest in Gryss (L) Foundation.
