In view of the fact that MKN Holdings Sdn Bhd, the registered holder of 479,096,585 shares representing 39.77% in M K Land Holdings Berhad (“M K Land”) had not transferred its 479,096,585 shares representing 39.77% in M K Land to OSK Trustees Berhad, therefore the 479,096,585 shares held by MKN Holdings Sdn Bhd shall remain unchanged. This submission is made to correct the earlier submission made via Form 29B dated 29/10/2008. As such, the indirect interest of 488,252,718 ordinary shares are made up of : (i) 479,096,585 ordinary shares – Deemed interest by virtue of him being the beneficial owner of 99% shareholdings in MKN Holdings Sdn Bhd currently held in trust by OSK Trustees Berhad as Trustee for the shares (ii) 9,156,133 ordinary shares – Deemed interest by virtue of the shareholdings of his spouse, Puan Sri Datin Hjh Wan Nong Bte Hj Wan Ibrahim currently held by OSK Trustees Berhad as Trustee for the shares of which the beneficial owner under the Trust is Puan Sri Datin Hjh Wan Nong Bte Hj Wan Ibrahim
