The Board of Directors of Ideal Jacobs (Malaysia) Corporation Bhd("the Company") wishesto announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting ("EGM") dated 7November2018, were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held today, 28November 2018.

The results of the poll were duly verified by Mega Business Consultancy Division,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
