Sedania Innovator Berhad (SIB) wishes to announce that all the 6ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of SIB's 3rdAnnual General Meeting (AGM) dated 15 May 2017 were duly passed by shareholdersat SIB's 3rdAGM held today, Monday, 15 May 2017.
The voting on the 6resolutions were carried out by way of a poll, and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by SIB.
Thedetails of the results of the poll are as set out in the attachment.
