Outcome

The Board of Directors of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of 44thAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 1 April 2019which were tabled at the 44thAGM of the Company held today, 30April 2019were duly passed at the said AGM.

All the resolutions were voted by poll in accordance with Article 89 of the Company's Constitution and Paragraph 8.29A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The results of the poll were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
