YTL Corporation Berhad ("YTL Corp")is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of 34th Annual General Meeting dated 30 October 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of YTL Corp by way of poll voting.

The results of the poll which were validated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by YTL Corp, are set out in Appendix I.
